Deep green leaves with bright stems that range from magenta, red-orange, yellow and white. This veggie makes for a superior ingredient in a stir fry. Alternatively, mix it with diced potatoes and herbs and bake as a vegetable patty. Swiss Chard has an excellent source of vitamins K, A, C and iron. Use as a substitute in spinach or kale recipes.
